Physical distance doesn’t have to mean social isolation. Join us for a 4-week program with lessons, support, and a private community specially designed for folks who are looking to stay sober and connected during this difficult time.

Each week you’ll get a new lesson from a Tempest expert full of helpful activities and resources you can use at home. Join the private community to connect with others going through the program and access weekly, live Q&As with subject matter experts.

We created this series based on the same materials we use in Tempest Sobriety School. After using our tools, Tempest users reported drinking less, as well as a reduction in the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
